1) Be employed FULL TIME (not through a temp service) for a minimum of 6 months.

2) Have an active checking account in good standing open for a minimum of 6 months.

3) Be at least 18 years of age.

4) Gross a minimum of $1200 (before taxes) salary per month.

5) Must have home phone.

6) Must be living at place of residence for a minimum of 6 months.

7) Must be US citizen with valid government issued identification.

8) Fax all required verification items (First time only) after submitting application for approval.
